In versions 3.6.3 and prior, the /api/av/removeUnusedAttributeView endpoint constructs a filesystem path using the user-controlled id parameter without validation or path boundary enforcement. An attacker can inject path traversal sequences such as ../ into the id value to escape the intended directory and delete arbitrary .json files on the server, including global configuration files and workspace metadata. This issue has been fixed in version 3.6.4.
NitroSense 3.x before 3.01.3052 contains Local Privilege Escalation (LPE) vulnerability.The program exposes a Windows Named Pipe that uses a custom protocol to invoke internal functions. However, this Named Pipe is misconfigured, allowing any authenticated local user to execute arbitrary code with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges and to delete arbitrary files with SYSTEM privileges. Prior to 0.6.52, an authenticated user can bypass the SSRF / private-IP protections in SendWebRequestBlock and reach internal network services. _is_ip_blocked() in backend/backend/util/request.py does not normalize IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses before checking resolved IPs against the blocked IPv4 ranges, and does not block special-use ranges such as 100.64.0.0/10 (CGNAT, RFC 6598). A hostname that resolves to an IPv4-mapped IPv6 address therefore passes validation and the request reaches the embedded internal IPv4 endpoint. This affects all AutoGPT Platform deployments. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.52.

In Eclipse Theia since version 1.26.0, the backend /services/request-service RPC accepts an attacker-controlled URL from any client connected to the standard /services messaging endpoint, performs the HTTP request server-side, and returns the full response body to the caller. Because the destination URL is neither validated nor allowlisted, a remote attacker with access to the Theia service connection can issue server-side HTTP requests to localhost or other backend-reachable hosts and read their responses, exposing internal administrative endpoints, cloud instance metadata services, and other resources that are intentionally outside the browser network boundary. The vulnerability affects deployments where the Theia service connection is reachable by untrusted users (for example, multi-tenant or publicly-reachable Theia deployments).

Portainer Community Edition is a lightweight service delivery platform for containerized applications that can be used to manage Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes and ACI environments. From 2.33.0 to before 2.33.8, 2.39.2, and 2.41.0, Portainer offers an environment-level Disable bind mounts for non-administrators security setting that blocks regular users from binding host paths into containers they create through the Portainer-mediated Docker API. The check that enforces this setting only inspected the legacy HostConfig.Binds array on the container-create proxy and never looked at the equivalent HostConfig.Mounts array. Any authenticated user with rights to create containers on a Docker environment where the restriction is enabled could submit a bind-typed entry under HostConfig.Mounts and mount any host path into their container. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.33.8, 2.39.2, and 2.41.0.

GitHub Copilot CLI brings AI-powered coding assistance directly to your command line. Prior to 1.0.43, a security vulnerability has been identified in GitHub Copilot CLI where a malicious bare git repository nested inside a project directory can achieve arbitrary code execution when the agent performs git operations. By exploiting git's automatic bare repository discovery during directory traversal, an attacker can set core.fsmonitor or other executable config keys to run arbitrary commands without user awareness or approval. The vulnerability arises because git's core.fsmonitor config key (and 15+ similar keys such as core.hookspath, diff.external, merge.tool, etc.) can specify arbitrary shell commands that git will execute as part of normal operations like status, diff, or rev-parse. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.43.

Open WebUI is a self-hosted artificial intelligence platform designed to operate entirely offline. Prior to 0.9.0, validate_url() in backend/open_webui/retrieval/web/utils.py calls validators.ipv6(ip, private=True), but the validators library does NOT implement the private keyword for IPv6 — the call raises a ValidationError (which is falsy in a boolean context), so every IPv6 address passes the filter. In addition, IPv4-mapped IPv6 (::ffff:10.0.0.1) bypasses the IPv4 check entirely, and several reserved IPv4 ranges (0.0.0.0/8, 100.64.0.0/10, 192.0.0.0/24, etc.) are not blocked. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.0.

IBM WebSphere Application Server 9.0, and 8.5 is affected by an improper validation of user-supplied data during deserialization using the SAML Web Single Sign-On component. This could result in remote code execution via a crafted HTTP request when combined with a suitable gadget chain.
An issue was discovered in guardsix (formerly Logpoint) ODBC Enrichment Plugins before 5.2.1 (5.2.1 is used in guardsix 7.9.0.0). A logic flaw allowed stored database credentials to be reused after modification of the target Host, IP address, or Port. When editing an existing Enrichment Source, previously stored credentials were retained even if the connection endpoint was changed. An authenticated Operator user could redirect the database connection to unintended internal systems, resulting in SSRF and potential misuse of valid stored credentials.
Fission is an open-source, Kubernetes-native serverless framework that simplifies the deployment of functions and applications on Kubernetes. Prior to version 1.25.0, Fission added PodSpec safety validation for tenant-facing Environment and Function CRDs (ValidatePodSpecSafety / ValidateContainerSafety admission webhook + sanitizeContainerSecurityContext executor merge layer), but the capability check was implemented as a fixed denylist of six Linux capabilities (SYS_ADMIN, NET_ADMIN, SYS_PTRACE, SYS_MODULE, DAC_READ_SEARCH, DAC_OVERRIDE). The denylist omitted CAP_SYS_TIME, among others. As a result, a tenant who could create a Function or Environment CRD could request securityContext.capabilities.add: ["SYS_TIME"], pass Fission's admission validation and merge-layer sanitization, and run attacker-controlled code with CAP_SYS_TIME in the resulting function or runtime container. This issue has been patched in version 1.25.0.

When filtering by a custom attribute of type date or number using the is_greater_than or is_less_than operators, user-supplied values in the values field of the filter payload are interpolated directly into the SQL query without parameterization. Any authenticated user with access to an account can exploit this to execute arbitrary SQL via time-based blind injection. This affects /api/v1/accounts/{account_id}/conversations/filter, /api/v1/accounts/{account_id}/contacts/filter, and /api/v1/accounts/{account_id}/custom_attribute_definitions. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.11.2.
The Open edx Enterprise Service app provides enterprise features to the Open edX platform. From 7.0.2 to 7.0.4, the sync_provider_data endpoint in SAMLProviderDataViewSet fetches SAML metadata from a URL stored in SAMLProviderConfig.metadata_source. An authenticated user with the Enterprise Admin role can set this field to an arbitrary URL via the SAMLProviderConfigViewSet PATCH endpoint, then trigger a server-side HTTP request by calling sync_provider_data. The fetch in fetch_metadata_xml() passes the URL directly to requests.get() with no scheme enforcement, IP filtering, or timeout. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.0.5.

GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 16.9.6 before 18.8.9, 18.9 before 18.9.5, and 18.10 before 18.10.3 that could have allowed an authenticated user to invoke unintended server-side methods through websocket connections due to improper access control.
An attacker can control a server-side HTTP request by supplying a crafted URL, causing the server to initiate requests to arbitrary destinations. This behavior may be exploited to probe internal network services, access otherwise unreachable endpoints (e.g., cloud metadata services), or bypass network access controls, potentially leading to sensitive information disclosure and further compromise of the internal environment.
Rocket.Chat is an open-source, secure, fully customizable communications platform. Prior to 8.5.0, 8.4.1, 8.3.3, 8.2.3, 8.1.4, 8.0.5, 7.13.7, and 7.10.11, Rocket.Chat's sendFileMessage DDP method passes the entire attacker-supplied file object into Uploads.updateFileComplete, which merges it directly into a MongoDB $set update via Object.assign. There is no allow-list of writable fields. An attacker can therefore rewrite any column on their own upload record, notably store and the store-specific path fields. This vulnerability is fixed in 8.5.0, 8.4.1, 8.3.3, 8.2.3, 8.1.4, 8.0.5, 7.13.7, and 7.10.11.
LinkAce is a self-hosted archive to collect website links. Versions prior to 2.5.3 block direct requests to private IP literals, but still performs server-side requests to internal-only resources when those resources are referenced through an internal hostname. This allows an authenticated user to trigger server-side requests to internal services reachable by the LinkAce server but not directly reachable by an external user. Version 2.5.3 patches the issue.
