PlaciPy version 1.0.0 incorrectly derives tenant identifiers from user email domains, leading to cross-tenant data access. This critical vulnerability allows unauthorized access to sensitive information across different organizational tenants.
No public exploit is known, and it is not in the KEV catalog.
Implement robust tenant validation that does not rely solely on user-provided email domains.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-25811 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
The vulnerability requires no privileges and no user interaction, making it a prime target for automated exploitation campaigns and worm-like propagation.
A successful exploit results in complete confidentiality breach (data exposure), full integrity compromise (data manipulation), with a CVSS base score of 9.1.
