CVE-2026-1924
CWE-352Published: April 10, 2026· Updated: Apr 13, 2026
Official Description
The Aruba HiSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.4. This is due to missing nonce verification on the `ahsc_ajax_reset_options()` function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to reset all plugin settings to their default values via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-1924 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation does not require any privileges, though user interaction (Required) is needed, which slightly reduces the risk of mass automated attacks.
A proof-of-concept (PoC) exploit exists for CVE-2026-1924. While not yet confirmed in active campaigns, the availability of PoC code increases exploitation risk substantially.
