kazu operates as a financially motivated ransomware-as-a-service (RaaS) operation, exfiltrating sensitive data and threatening public disclosure to pressure victims into paying ransom demands.

The official government platform used by the Royal Thai Police to manage nationwide checkpoint operations , arrest reports , and drunk driving enforcement .System contains sensitive law enforcement records, including vehicle stop data, offender reports, internal officer communications, and document archives.
