A security issue was fixed in the correlations over-correlation endpoint where the order query parameter was accepted from user-controlled named request parameters. This allowed an authenticated user to override the server-defined ordering of over-correlating values. Depending on how the value was processed by the underlying data access layer, this could allow manipulation of database query ordering and potentially expose the application to unsafe query construction. The patch removes order from the set of request-controlled parameters and instead sets the ordering server-side to occurrence desc after processing allowed user parameters. Affected component: app/Controller/CorrelationsController.php, overCorrelations() Security impact: An authenticated attacker could influence the ordering clause used by the over-correlations query. The direct impact appears limited to query manipulation unless further evidence confirms SQL injection or unauthorized data exposure through the manipulated ordering expression.

Vaultwarden is a Bitwarden-compatible server written in Rust. Prior to 1.35.5, Vaultwarden allows an unconfirmed organization owner to purge the entire organization vault. The organization invite flow uses a two-step process: accepting an invite transitions membership from Invited to Accepted, and a separate confirmation by an existing owner upgrades it to Confirmed. The POST /api/ciphers/purge endpoint uses plain Headers and only checks that the membership type is Owner without verifying that the membership status is Confirmed. An authenticated user who has been invited as an organization owner and has accepted the invite and has not yet been confirmed can call this endpoint to hard-delete all ciphers and attachments in the organization, causing immediate organization-wide data loss. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.35.5.

phpMyFAQ is an open source FAQ web application. Prior to version 4.1.1, the MediaBrowserController::index() method handles file deletion for the media browser. When the fileRemove action is triggered, the user-supplied name parameter is concatenated with the base upload directory path without any path traversal validation. The FILTER_SANITIZE_SPECIAL_CHARS filter only encodes HTML special characters (&, ', ", <, >) and characters with ASCII value < 32, and does not prevent directory traversal sequences like ../. Additionally, the endpoint does not validate CSRF tokens, making it exploitable via CSRF attacks. This issue has been patched in version 4.1.1.

CWE CWE-502

The coreActivity: Activity Logging for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.0. This is due to the plugin failing to validate or strip PHP serialization syntax from the User-Agent HTTP header before storing it in the logmeta table, and subsequently calling `maybe_unserialize()` on every retrieved `meta_value` in `query_metas()` without verifying the data was originally serialized by the application. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a crafted PHP serialized payload via the User-Agent header during any logged event (such as a failed login attempt), which, when an administrator views the Logs page, is deserialized and passed to `DeviceDetector::setUserAgent()`, triggering a Fatal TypeError that creates a persistent Denial of Service condition blocking administrator access to the Logs page entirely.

Any client possessing valid credentials, whether the shared hard-coded credentials or legitimate per-user credentials, can subscribe to wildcard topics covering all robots globally, and can publish to any robot's command topic using only the robot's serial number (disclosed in the telemetry stream). Even after removal of hard-coded credentials from the app, a single compromised credential could still provide fleet-wide access without per-device access controls.

Open WebUI is a self-hosted artificial intelligence platform designed to operate entirely offline. Prior to 0.6.10, when uploading an audio file, the name of the file is derived from the original HTTP upload request and is not validated or sanitized. This allows for users to upload files with names containing dot-segments in the file path and traverse out of the intended uploads directory. Effectively, users can upload files anywhere on the filesystem the user running the web server has permission. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.6.10.

LORIS (Longitudinal Online Research and Imaging System) is a self-hosted web application that provides data- and project-management for neuroimaging research. Starting in version 24.0.0 and prior to versions 26.0.5, 27.0.2, and 28.0.0, an authenticated user with the appropriate authorization can read configuration files on the server by exploiting a path traversal vulnerability. Some of these files contain hard-coded credentials. The vulnerability allows an attacker to read configuration files containing hard-coded credentials. The attacker could then authenticate to the database or other services if those credentials are reused. The attacker must be authenticated and have the required permissions. However, the vulnerability is easy to exploit and the application source code is public. This problem is fixed in LORIS v26.0.5 and v27.0.2 and above, and v28.0.0 and above. As a workaround, the electrophysiogy_browser in LORIS can be disabled by an administrator using the module manager.

All forms (password change at /profile, candidate deletion at /candidates/delete/<id>, feedback submission at /feedback/add/<id>, interview scheduling at /interviews/add) are vulnerable to CSRF. An attacker who can trick an authenticated user into visiting a malicious page can silently change the victim's password, delete records, or inject arbitrary data on their behalf. The SESSION_COOKIE_SAMESITE attribute is also not configured, removing the browser-level CSRF defense.

A cache poisoning vulnerability has been found in the Pingora HTTP proxy framework’s default cache key construction. The issue occurs because the default HTTP cache key implementation generates cache keys using only the URI path, excluding critical factors such as the host header (authority). Operators relying on the default are vulnerable to cache poisoning, and cross-origin responses may be improperly served to users. Impact This vulnerability affects users of Pingora's alpha proxy caching feature who relied on the default CacheKey implementation. An attacker could exploit this for: * Cross-tenant data leakage: In multi-tenant deployments, poison the cache so that users from one tenant receive cached responses from another tenant * Cache poisoning attacks: Serve malicious content to legitimate users by poisoning shared cache entries Cloudflare's CDN infrastructure was not affected by this vulnerability, as Cloudflare's default cache key implementation uses multiple factors to prevent cache key poisoning and never made use of the previously provided default. Mitigation: We strongly recommend Pingora users to upgrade to Pingora v0.8.0 or higher, which removes the insecure default cache key implementation. Users must now explicitly implement their own callback that includes appropriate factors such as Host header, origin server HTTP scheme, and other attributes their cache should vary on. Pingora users on previous versions may also remove any of their default CacheKey usage and implement their own that should at minimum include the host header / authority and upstream peer’s HTTP scheme.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: ibmvfc: Fix OOB access in ibmvfc_discover_targets_done() A malicious or compromised VIO server can return a num_written value in the discover targets MAD response that exceeds max_targets. This value is stored directly in vhost->num_targets without validation, and is then used as the loop bound in ibmvfc_alloc_targets() to index into disc_buf[], which is only allocated for max_targets entries. Indices at or beyond max_targets access kernel memory outside the DMA-coherent allocation. The out-of-bounds data is subsequently embedded in Implicit Logout and PLOGI MADs that are sent back to the VIO server, leaking kernel memory. Fix by clamping num_written to max_targets before storing it.

Weblate is a web based localization tool. Prior to version 5.17.1, an authenticated user with project.add permission (default on hosted Weblate SaaS and for any user holding an active billing/trial plan) can import a crafted project backup ZIP whose components/<name>.json contains an attacker-chosen repo URL pointing at a private address (e.g. http://127.0.0.1:9999/) or using a non-allow-listed scheme (e.g. file://, git://). Weblate persists the component via Component.objects.bulk_create([component])[0], which bypasses Django's full_clean() and therefore never runs the validate_repo_url validator. The URL is subsequently written verbatim into .git/config by configure_repo(pull=False). This issue has been patched in version 5.17.1.

The MW WP Form plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Move/Read in all versions up to and including 5.1.1. This is due to insufficient validation of the $name parameter (upload field key) passed to the generate_user_file_dirpath() function, which uses WordPress's path_join() — a function that returns absolute paths unchanged, discarding the intended base directory. The attacker-controlled key is injected via the mwf_upload_files[] POST parameter, which is loaded into the plugin's Data model via _set_request_valiables(). During form processing, regenerate_upload_file_keys() iterates over these keys and calls generate_user_filepath() with the attacker-supplied key as the $name argument — the key survives validation because the targeted file (e.g., wp-config.php) genuinely exists at the absolute path. The _get_attachments() method then re-reads the same surviving keys and passes the resolved file path to move_temp_file_to_upload_dir(), which calls rename() to move the file into the uploads folder. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to move arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when the right file is moved (such as wp-config.php). The vulnerability is only exploitable if a file upload field is added to the form and the “Saving inquiry data in database” option is enabled.
