CVE-2025-71338CRITICAL

Flowise contains a path traversal vulnerability in the /api/v1/document-store/loader/process endpoint that allows unauthenticated attackers to write arbitrary files to the filesystem. Attackers can exploit unsanitized fileName parameters with ../ sequences to overwrite critical files like package.json and achieve remote code execution when the application restarts.

CVSS
CVE-2025-71336CRITICAL

Flowise before 3.0.6 (affected versions 2.2.7-patch.1 and earlier) contains an unsandboxed remote code execution vulnerability in the Custom MCP feature, which is designed to execute OS commands such as launching local MCP servers. Because Flowise's authentication and authorization model is minimal and lacks role-based access control, and the default installation runs without authentication unless FLOWISE_USERNAME and FLOWISE_PASSWORD are set, an attacker can send a crafted JSON payload with the header 'x-request-from: internal' to the /api/v1/node-load-method/customMCP endpoint to execute arbitrary OS commands, resulting in complete compromise of the platform container or server.

CVSS
CVE-2025-71335HIGH

Flowise before 3.0.10 (affected versions 3.0.7 and earlier) fails to invalidate existing sessions and session tokens after a user changes their password. An attacker who already holds an active session, for example via a stolen session token or a device left logged in, remains authenticated as the legitimate user even after the user rotates their credentials, undermining the security purpose of the password change.

CVSS
CVE-2025-71334CRITICAL

Flowise before 3.0.6 (affected versions 2.2.8 and earlier) contains an arbitrary file access vulnerability due to missing validation that the chatflowId and chatId parameters are UUIDs or numbers in file handling operations. By supplying a path-traversal value (e.g., '../../../../../tmp') as the chatflow id, an unauthenticated attacker can use the /api/v1/chatflows endpoint (via addBase64FilesToStorage) to write arbitrary files, and the /api/v1/get-upload-file and /api/v1/openai-assistants-file/download endpoints (via streamStorageFile) to read arbitrary files. Arbitrary file write may lead to remote code execution.

CVSS
CVE-2025-71333CRITICAL

Flowise through 2.2.4 contains an unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the /api/v1/attachments endpoint when storageType is set to local. Attackers can exploit path traversal in the chatId and chatflowId parameters to upload malicious files to arbitrary directories, potentially enabling remote code execution and server compromise.

9.8
CVSS
CVE-2025-71328HIGH

Flowise before 3.0.10 contains an unverified password change vulnerability. An authenticated user can change their account password through the account settings (Security) section without supplying the current password or any additional verification, as the application does not enforce a current-password check on the credential change. This can lead to full account takeover, particularly if an attacker can hijack or coerce an authenticated session.

CVSS
CVE-2025-71327CRITICAL

Flowise contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the unprotected /api/v1/account/register endpoint that allows unauthenticated attackers to create user accounts. Remote attackers can exploit this endpoint to register arbitrary accounts and authenticate to the system, gaining full API access without credentials.

CVSS
CVE-2025-71324HIGH

Flowise before 3.0.6 contains an arbitrary file read vulnerability in the chatId parameter of the /api/v1/get-upload-file and /api/v1/openai-assistants-file/download endpoints. The chatId value is not validated and is passed to streamStorageFile(), where a fallback file-lookup path constructed without the orgId is evaluated after the storage-directory containment check, allowing path traversal beyond the intended storage directory. Unauthenticated attackers can read sensitive files such as /root/.flowise/database.sqlite, exposing all database content in the default configuration.

CVSS
CVE-2026-56272MEDIUM

Flowise before 3.0.13 uses bcrypt with default salt rounds of 5, providing only 32 iterations instead of the OWASP-recommended minimum of 10 rounds. Attackers can crack password hashes approximately 30 times faster with modern GPU hardware, potentially compromising all user accounts in a database breach scenario.

CVSS
CVE-2026-56270HIGH

Flowise before 3.1.0 (versions 3.0.13 and earlier) contains a missing authentication vulnerability in the /api/v1/loginmethod endpoint that allows unauthenticated users to retrieve an organization's complete SSO configuration, including OAuth client secrets in cleartext, by providing an organizationId parameter. Remote attackers can send a GET request to harvest sensitive API credentials for Google, Microsoft/Azure, GitHub, and Auth0 integrations. This affects FlowiseAI Cloud and self-hosted instances where the endpoint is exposed.

24 Jun 2026
7.5
CVSS
CVE-2026-56269MEDIUM

Flowise before 3.1.0 (npm package flowise, versions 3.0.13 and earlier) uses a weak hardcoded default value 'Secre$t' for the TOKEN_HASH_SECRET environment variable in packages/server/src/enterprise/utils/tempTokenUtils.ts when the variable is not configured. This secret derives the AES-256-CBC key used to encrypt user IDs and workspace IDs in the 'meta' field of JWT tokens. An attacker who knows the default secret can decrypt this metadata to extract internal user and workspace identifiers, and re-encrypt manipulated values such as altered user or workspace IDs. Because the JWT signature is validated separately, decrypting or tampering with this metadata does not by itself grant access, but the disclosure of internal identifiers and possible metadata manipulation could aid privilege escalation or unauthorized data access.

CVSS
CVE-2025-71332HIGH

Flowise through 2.2.7 contains a SQL injection vulnerability in the importChatflows API. Due to insufficient validation of the chatflow.id value, an authenticated user can supply a crafted JSON import file whose id field is concatenated unsanitized into a SQL IN clause, allowing arbitrary SQL to be executed, including blind and error-based extraction of data from the credential table.

CVSS
CVE-2026-56275HIGH

Flowise before 3.1.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the Execute Flow node that allows attackers to bypass security validation by providing intranet addresses through the base URL field. Attackers can initiate HTTP requests to internal network addresses, access cloud metadata, and enumerate internal services by exploiting the missing secureFetch verification in httpSecurity.ts.

7.1
CVSS
CVE-2026-56274CRITICAL

Flowise before 3.1.2 contains multiple OS command injection vulnerabilities in the Custom MCP Server feature due to incomplete command-flag validation and a regex bypass in local file access restrictions. An attacker with a Flowise account of any role, or API access with view/update permissions for chatflows, can configure a malicious MCP server to bypass the validateCommandFlags blocklist (for example, 'docker build' is not blocked, and 'npx --yes' is not blocked while only '-y' is) and the validateArgsForLocalFileAccess checks, resulting in execution of arbitrary commands on the Flowise host.

9.9
CVSS
CVE-2025-71337HIGH

Flowise before 3.0.10 (affected versions 3.0.7 and earlier) contains an unverified email change vulnerability. An authenticated user can change the account email address, used as a login identifier and password-recovery channel, via the account profile endpoint without confirming the change to the original email address or re-entering the current password. By changing the recovery email, an attacker can take over the account and abuse password reset mechanisms.

8.3
CVSS
CVE-2026-56268HIGH

Flowise before 3.1.2 contains an information disclosure vulnerability in the /api/v1/chatflows/apikey/:apikey endpoint. When the keyonly query parameter is omitted (the default), the endpoint returns not only the chatflows bound to the supplied API key but also all chatflows across every workspace that have no API key assigned, because the underlying query lacks any workspace filter. An attacker with a valid API key for one workspace can therefore retrieve the full ChatFlow configuration (including flowData with system prompts and node configurations, chatbotConfig, apiConfig, and credential IDs) of unprotected chatflows belonging to other workspaces.

7.7
CVSS
CVE-2025-71331MEDIUM

Flowise before 3.0.8 contains a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability caused by insufficient input filtering in chat messages and custom agent functions. An attacker can inject malicious JavaScript by sending an iframe payload (e.g., <iframe src="javascript:alert(document.cookie)">) in a chat box, or by having a custom agent function return an XSS payload from an external website. The injected script executes in the victim's browser, enabling theft of cookies and session data.

CVE-2026-46444HIGH

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to version 3.1.2, all CRUD endpoints for OpenAI Assistants Vector Store have no authentication middleware and the route path /api/v1/openai-assistants-vector-store is not in WHITELIST_URLS. However, it is also not protected by the main auth middleware when accessed via API key — the route requires API key auth (not whitelisted), but no permission checks exist on any operation. This issue has been patched in version 3.1.2.

CVE-2026-46442CRITICAL

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to version 3.1.2, POST /api/v1/node-custom-function lacks route-level authorization, allowing any authenticated user or API key to submit arbitrary JavaScript to the Custom JS Function node. When E2B_APIKEY is not configured — the common deployment case — Flowise executes this code inside a NodeVM sandbox. This sandbox can be escaped, allowing an attacker to reach the host process object and execute system commands via child_process. The result is authenticated remote code execution on the Flowise server host. This issue has been patched in version 3.1.2.

CVE-2026-41279HIGH

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, the text-to-speech generation endpoint (POST /api/v1/text-to-speech/generate) is whitelisted (no auth) and accepts a credentialId directly in the request body. When called without a chatflowId, the endpoint uses the provided credentialId to decrypt the stored credential (e.g., OpenAI or ElevenLabs API key) and generate speech. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.

CVSS
CVE-2026-41278HIGH

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, the GET /api/v1/public-chatflows/:id endpoint returns the full chatflow object without sanitization for public chatflows. Docker validation revealed this is worse than initially assessed: the sanitizeFlowDataForPublicEndpoint function does NOT exist in the released v3.0.13 Docker image. Both public-chatflows AND public-chatbotConfig return completely raw flowData including credential IDs, plaintext API keys, and password-type fields. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.

CVSS
CVE-2026-41277HIGH

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, a Mass Assignment vulnerability in the DocumentStore creation endpoint allows authenticated users to control the primary key (id) and internal state fields of DocumentStore entities. Because the service uses repository.save() with a client-supplied primary key, the POST create endpoint behaves as an implicit UPSERT operation. This enables overwriting existing DocumentStore objects. In multi-workspace or multi-tenant deployments, this can lead to cross-workspace object takeover and broken object-level authorization (IDOR), allowing an attacker to reassign or modify DocumentStore objects belonging to other workspaces. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.

CVE-2026-41276CRITICAL

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, this vulnerability allows remote attackers to bypass authentication on affected installations of FlowiseAI Flowise. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the resetPassword method of the AccountService class. There is no check performed to ensure that a password reset token has actually been generated for a user account. By default the value of the reset token stored in a users account is null, or an empty string if they've reset their password before. An attacker with knowledge of the user's email address can submit a request to the "/api/v1/account/reset-password" endpoint containing a null or empty string reset token value and reset that user's password to a value of their choosing. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.

CVSS
CVE-2026-41275HIGH

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, the password reset functionality on cloud.flowiseai.com sends a reset password link over the unsecured HTTP protocol instead of HTTPS. This behavior introduces the risk of a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack, where an attacker on the same network as the user (e.g., public Wi-Fi) can intercept the reset link and gain unauthorized access to the victim’s account. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.

CVE-2026-41273HIGH

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, Flowise contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows an unauthenticated attacker to obtain OAuth 2.0 access tokens associated with a public chatflow. By accessing a public chatflow configuration endpoint, an attacker can retrieve internal workflow data, including OAuth credential identifiers, which can then be used to refresh and obtain valid OAuth 2.0 access tokens without authentication. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.

CVE-2026-41270HIGH

Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.0, a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) protection bypass vulnerability exists in the Custom Function feature. While the application implements SSRF protection via HTTP_DENY_LIST for axios and node-fetch libraries, the built-in Node.js http, https, and net modules are allowed in the NodeVM sandbox without equivalent protection. This allows authenticated users to bypass SSRF controls and access internal network resources (e.g., cloud provider metadata services) This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.
