CWE-434Published: July 13, 2026· Updated: Jul 13, 2026
Official Description
Unrestricted Upload of File with Dangerous Type vulnerability in CodeRevolution Aimogen Pro aimogen-pro allows Using Malicious Files. This issue affects Aimogen Pro: from n/a through <= 2.8.3.
Risk Analysis
This critical vulnerability in CodeRevolution Aimogen Pro allows for the unrestricted upload of dangerous file types, which can lead to the execution of malicious files. With a perfect CVSS score of 10.0, this flaw presents an extreme risk, allowing unauthenticated attackers to achieve full system compromise. The lack of an EPSS score means the current exploitation likelihood is unknown, but the severity demands immediate attention.
There is currently no public exploit known for this vulnerability, and it is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog. The vulnerability is remotely exploitable over the network with low attack complexity.
Update Aimogen Pro to a version beyond 2.8.3 to address this vulnerability. Implement strict file upload validation, including type, size, and content checks, and ensure uploaded files are stored in non-executable directories.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-57719 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
The vulnerability requires no privileges and no user interaction, making it a prime target for automated exploitation campaigns and worm-like propagation.
A successful exploit results in complete confidentiality breach (data exposure), full integrity compromise (data manipulation), availability disruption (denial of service), with a CVSS base score of 10.0.
The vulnerability has a "Changed" scope, meaning successful exploitation can impact components beyond the vulnerable component itself — such as the host operating system or adjacent services.
