Official Description
ThingsBoard contains a prototype pollution vulnerability which may lead to arbitrary code execution within a sandboxed context by a user who can log in to the affected product with the tenant administrator privilege (TENANT_ADMIN).
Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-53676 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation requires high privileges, which limits the exposure to scenarios where an attacker has already gained initial access.
