CWE-862Published: March 27, 2026· Updated: Mar 30, 2026

The '/logs' and '/logs-stream' endpoints in the log router allow any authenticated user to read the full application log buffer. These endpoints only require basic authentication ('get_current_active_user') without any privilege checks (e.g., 'is_superuser').
Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-5025 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation requires low privileges, which limits the exposure to scenarios where an attacker has already gained initial access.
A successful exploit results in complete confidentiality breach (data exposure), with a CVSS base score of 6.5.
