CWE-184Published: April 23, 2026· Updated: Apr 29, 2026
Official Description
OpenClaw before 2026.3.28 contains an SSRF guard bypass vulnerability that fails to block four IPv6 special-use ranges. Attackers can exploit this by crafting URLs targeting internal or non-routable IPv6 addresses to bypass SSRF protections.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2026-41361 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation requires low privileges, which limits the exposure to scenarios where an attacker has already gained initial access.
A successful exploit results in complete confidentiality breach (data exposure), with a CVSS base score of 7.1.
The vulnerability has a "Changed" scope, meaning successful exploitation can impact components beyond the vulnerable component itself — such as the host operating system or adjacent services.
