Official Description
Outdated and Vulnerable UI Dependencies might potentially lead to exploitation. This issue affects BLU-IC2: through 1.19.5; BLU-IC4: through 1.19.5.
Risk Analysis
This critical vulnerability stems from outdated and vulnerable UI dependencies in BLU-IC2 and BLU-IC4, which could lead to remote exploitation. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this flaw presents a significant risk due to its potential for complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability without requiring user interaction or privileges.
No public exploit is currently known for this vulnerability. However, its network-exploitable nature and low attack complexity mean it could be exploited remotely if an exploit were to emerge.
Upgrade BLU-IC2 and BLU-IC4 to versions beyond 1.19.5 to address the outdated UI dependencies. Regularly update all software components to their latest secure versions to prevent similar issues.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2025-12104 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
The vulnerability requires no privileges and no user interaction, making it a prime target for automated exploitation campaigns and worm-like propagation.
A successful exploit results in complete confidentiality breach (data exposure), full integrity compromise (data manipulation), availability disruption (denial of service), with a CVSS base score of 9.8.
