Official Description

Trend Micro's Virus Scan API (VSAPI) and Advanced Threat Scan Engine (ATSE) - are vulnerable to a memory exhaustion vulnerability that may lead to denial-of-service or system freeze if exploited by an attacker using a specially crafted file.
