Official Description
Buffer overflow in GraceNote CDDBControl ActiveX Control, as used by multiple products that use Gracenote CDDB, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long option string.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2006-3134 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
