Official Description
Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in DUware DUforum 3.0 through 3.1 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via via the message text.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2004-2200 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation requires some privileges, which limits the exposure to scenarios where an attacker has already gained initial access.
