Official Description
Unknown vulnerability in pam_authz in the LDAP-UX Integration product on HP-UX 11.00 and 11.11 allows remote attackers to execute r-commands with privileges of other users.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2002-1794 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation requires some privileges, which limits the exposure to scenarios where an attacker has already gained initial access.
