Official Description
Cross-site scripting vulnerability in Cobalt RAQ 4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary script as other Cobalt users via Javascript in a URL to (1) service.cgi or (2) alert.cgi.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2002-0346 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation requires some privileges, which limits the exposure to scenarios where an attacker has already gained initial access.
