Official Description
The web administration server for ELSA Lancom 1100 Office does not require authentication, which allows arbitrary remote attackers to gain administrative privileges by connecting to the server.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2001-1223 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation requires some privileges, which limits the exposure to scenarios where an attacker has already gained initial access.
