Official Description
The htdig (ht://Dig) CGI program htsearch allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files by enclosing the file name with backticks (`) in parameters to htsearch.
Technical Analysis
CVE-2000-0208 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
