Official Description
Windows NT FTP server (WFTP) with the guest account enabled without a password allows an attacker to log into the FTP server using any username and password.
Technical Analysis
CVE-1999-0200 can be exploited remotely over the network without requiring physical or adjacent access, significantly expanding the attack surface for threat actors.
Exploitation requires some privileges, which limits the exposure to scenarios where an attacker has already gained initial access.
