interlock operates as a financially motivated ransomware-as-a-service (RaaS) operation, exfiltrating sensitive data and threatening public disclosure to pressure victims into paying ransom demands.

As a result, all student databases were accessed, revealing all personal information, including SSNs. The most unsafe and unsafe job was the Chief IT Director! This is simply nonsense! Numerous financial documents and confidential employee data were also leaked.
